SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy applies to EEVET, Inc. ("EEVET," "we," "our," or "us"), a Delaware corporation authorized to conduct business in the State of Texas. This Policy governs the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information across all of our services, including:
- Guaq — a software platform providing Protected Payment services to freelancers and independent contractors, available at getguaq.com (the "Guaq Platform"); and
- EEVET AI Booking Agent — an artificial intelligence-powered conversational booking assistant for live entertainment services available through eevet.com and affiliated integrations (the "EEVET AI Service").
Together, these are referred to as the "Services." "Users" or "Customers" means any person who accesses or uses any of our Services. By using our Services, you consent to the data collection, use, disclosure, and storage practices described in this Privacy Policy.
PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY. YOUR USE OF ANY SERVICE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY.
I. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected passively or automatically, and information received from third parties. We refer to all of this collectively as "Information" or "Data."
1. Information You Provide to Us
When you register for, access, or use any of our Services, you may provide us with personal information, including:
- Identification information: name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth.
- Payment and financial information: bank account details, payment card information, billing address, and transaction history, collected in connection with Protected Payment services on the Guaq Platform.
- Business information: company name, business type, service descriptions, and pricing, collected in connection with contractor profiles or event listings on the EEVET AI Service.
- Communications: messages, requests, preferences, and feedback you submit through our Services or to our support team.
- Account credentials: usernames and passwords for password-protected areas of the Services.
You may also submit information about other individuals (such as a recipient's name or contact details). By submitting such information, you represent that you have authority to provide it and that doing so does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
2. Information Collected Passively or Automatically
When you access our Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:
- Device and browser information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers (such as Apple IDFA or Android Advertising ID), and mobile network information.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, time and duration of visits, links clicked, and referring URLs.
- Location data: general location inferred from IP address, and, where you have granted permission, precise GPS-level location from mobile devices.
- Transaction data: payment amounts, Protected Payment hold status, transaction timestamps, and counterparty identifiers on the Guaq Platform.

3. Information Collected by the EEVET AI Booking Agent
The EEVET AI Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide personalized booking recommendations and conversational assistance. In connection with this service, we collect and process additional categories of information:
- Conversational data: the content of your interactions with the AI Booking Agent, including queries, responses, event preferences, artist preferences, location preferences, and booking history.
- Behavioral and preference data: inferred interests and preferences derived from your interactions with the EEVET AI Service, including music genres, event types, venue preferences, and attendance patterns.
- Temporal and geographic context: date, time, and location data used to personalize event recommendations through our geographic information system (GIS) intelligence features.
- Graph and interaction data: anonymized interaction patterns used to train and improve our temporal graph neural network models that power booking recommendations.
AI interaction data may be retained and used to improve the quality, accuracy, and personalization of the EEVET AI Service. Where we use your data to train or improve AI models, we do so in accordance with this Policy. You may opt out of AI model training using your personal data by contacting us as described in Section VI.
4. Information from Social Media and Third-Party Platforms
If you connect your account to a social media service or third-party platform (such as Spotify, Apple Music, Ticketmaster, or similar services), we may receive information from that platform, including your name, email address, profile information, and data about your interactions with content on those platforms. The information we receive depends on your privacy settings on those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you connect to our Services.
5. Information from Third-Party Sources
We may receive information about you from third-party sources, such as identity verification services, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and public databases, and may combine this information with other data we hold about you to improve the accuracy of our records and the quality of our Services.
II. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION
We use the Information we collect for the following purposes:
Service Delivery and Account Management
- To process payments, manage Protected Payment hold and release mechanics, and maintain transaction records on the Guaq Platform.
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the EEVET AI Booking Agent and its recommendation capabilities.
- To create and manage your account, verify your identity, and authenticate your access to the Services.
- To fulfill your requests, including booking inquiries, notifications, and customer support.
Personalization and AI Model Improvement
- To personalize your experience, including tailoring event recommendations, content, and offers based on your preferences, location, and interaction history.
- To train, evaluate, and improve our AI and machine learning models, including the temporal graph neural networks that power the EEVET AI Service, subject to your opt-out rights described in Section VI.
- To generate anonymized, aggregated insights about user preferences and market trends for internal product development purposes.
Communications
- To send you transactional communications, including payment confirmations, Protected Payment hold and release notifications, booking confirmations, and account notifications.
- To send you marketing communications about our Services, promotions, and events, where you have consented or where permitted by applicable law. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Safety, Security, and Legal Compliance
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, and other potentially illegal activities.
- To enforce our Terms of Service and other policies.
- To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and government requests.
- To protect the rights, property, and safety of EEVET, Inc., our users, and the public.
Financial Compliance (Guaq Platform)
- To comply with applicable financial regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements, and to report transactions as required by law.
- To file required tax reporting forms, including IRS Forms 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC, for payments made through the Guaq Platform.
III. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your Information in the following circumstances:
1. Service Providers and Business Partners
We share Information with third-party service providers and business partners who perform functions on our behalf, including: payment processors and financial institutions (for Guaq Platform transactions); identity verification and fraud prevention services; cloud hosting and infrastructure providers; analytics and AI/ML platform providers; email, SMS, and communications platforms; customer support tools; and tax reporting and compliance services. These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us and in accordance with this Policy.
2. Legal Process and Compliance
We may disclose Information: (a) in response to a court order, subpoena, or other legal process; (b) in response to a request by a law enforcement or government agency; (c) to comply with applicable law, including financial reporting and AML/KYC obligations applicable to the Guaq Platform; or (d) where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of EEVET, Inc., our users, or the public.
3. Business Transfers
If EEVET, Inc. or any of its business units undergoes a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar business transition, your Information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such transfer and any material changes to this Policy in accordance with Section VII.
4. With Your Consent
We may share your Information with third parties where you have given your express consent to such sharing.
5. Aggregated and De-Identified Data
We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you with third parties for research, analytics, product development, or marketing purposes. Such data is not subject to the restrictions in this Policy.
IV. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve our Services, to remember your preferences, and to serve relevant advertising. The following describes the technologies we use.
1. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We use cookies to: authenticate your account and maintain your session; remember your preferences and settings; analyze how you interact with our Services; and support advertising and retargeting on our Services and third-party sites. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent, though some features of the Services may not function properly without cookies.
2. Web Beacons and Pixel Tags
We and our partners may use web beacons, pixel tags, and similar technologies embedded in pages or emails to track whether content has been accessed or opened, measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and collect general usage statistics.
3. Mobile Identifiers and SDKs
Our mobile applications may use mobile Software Development Kits (SDKs) and mobile advertising identifiers (such as Apple IDFA and Android Advertising ID) to collect usage data and serve targeted advertising. You may reset your mobile advertising identifier or limit ad tracking through your device's privacy settings.
4. Do Not Track
Our Services do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals. You may opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) at www.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) at www.networkadvertising.org.
5. Analytics
We use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics or similar tools) to understand how users interact with our Services. These services may collect information about your use of the Services over time and across different websites. You may opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
V. DATA RETENTION
We retain your Information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The following retention periods generally apply:
- Account information: retained for the duration of your account and for up to five (5) years after account closure, as required for legal and compliance purposes.
- Guaq Platform transaction records: retained for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of transaction, as required by applicable financial regulations and tax law.
- EEVET AI Booking Agent interaction data: retained for up to three (3) years from the date of collection, unless you request earlier deletion or opt out of AI training data retention.
- Marketing data: retained until you opt out or withdraw consent, or until the data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected.
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations. See Section VI for how to submit a deletion request.
VI. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
1. Access and Correction
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct any inaccuracies. To do so, log into your account or contact us at service@eevet.com with the subject line "Privacy – Access/Correction Request." We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
2. Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal information. We will honor such requests to the extent permitted by law, subject to our obligation to retain certain data for legal, financial, and compliance purposes. Deletion requests for Guaq Platform transaction data may be subject to mandatory retention periods under applicable financial regulations.
3. Opt-Out of Marketing Communications
You may opt out of receiving marketing emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email we send. To opt out of SMS marketing, reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional or service-related communications necessary to the operation of your account.
4. Opt-Out of AI Model Training
You may opt out of having your interaction data with the EEVET AI Booking Agent used to train or improve our AI and machine learning models. To exercise this right, contact us at service@eevet.com with the subject line "Privacy – AI Training Opt-Out." Opting out will not affect the functionality of the EEVET AI Service for your account, but may result in less personalized recommendations over time.
5. Opt-Out of Interest-Based Advertising
You may opt out of interest-based advertising by visiting the DAA opt-out tool at www.aboutads.info or the NAI opt-out tool at www.networkadvertising.org. On mobile devices, you may limit ad tracking through your device's privacy settings.
6. California Residents — Additional Rights
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code §1798.83), including the right to know what personal information we collect and share, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the "sale" of personal information. We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA. To exercise your California privacy rights, contact us at service@eevet.com with the subject line "CCPA Privacy Request."
7. Nevada Residents
Nevada residents may request that we not sell their personal information. We do not sell personal information. To submit a request, contact us at service@eevet.com with the subject line "Nevada Privacy Request."
VII. DATA SECURITY
We implement physical, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect your Information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls and authentication requirements, regular security assessments, and contractual data security obligations imposed on our service providers.
For the Guaq Platform, we apply enhanced security controls appropriate to the processing of financial and payment data, including compliance with applicable payment card industry standards.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users within seventy-two (72) hours of discovery, to the extent required by applicable law, and will provide information about the nature of the breach and steps you can take to protect yourself.
VIII. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND INTEGRATIONS
Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, and platforms (such as Spotify, Ticketmaster, YouTube, and social media services). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you access through our Services. This Policy applies only to information collected by EEVET, Inc. through our Services.
IX. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
EEVET, Inc. is based in the United States and your Information may be collected, processed, and stored in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your Information will be transferred to and processed in the United States under United States law, which may provide different protections than the laws of your country of residence. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer and processing.
X. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at service@eevet.com.
XI. UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other business reasons. We will notify you of material changes by sending an email to the address associated with your account or by posting a prominent notice on our Services prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
