SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to EEVET, Inc. ("EEVET," "we," "our," or "us"), a Delaware corporation authorized to conduct business in the State of Texas. This Policy governs the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information across all of our services, including:

3. Information Collected by the EEVET AI Booking Agent

The EEVET AI Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide personalized booking recommendations and conversational assistance. In connection with this service, we collect and process additional categories of information:

AI interaction data may be retained and used to improve the quality, accuracy, and personalization of the EEVET AI Service. Where we use your data to train or improve AI models, we do so in accordance with this Policy. You may opt out of AI model training using your personal data by contacting us as described in Section VI.

4. Information from Social Media and Third-Party Platforms

If you connect your account to a social media service or third-party platform (such as Spotify, Apple Music, Ticketmaster, or similar services), we may receive information from that platform, including your name, email address, profile information, and data about your interactions with content on those platforms. The information we receive depends on your privacy settings on those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you connect to our Services.

5. Information from Third-Party Sources

We may receive information about you from third-party sources, such as identity verification services, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and public databases, and may combine this information with other data we hold about you to improve the accuracy of our records and the quality of our Services.

III. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your Information in the following circumstances:

1. Service Providers and Business Partners

We share Information with third-party service providers and business partners who perform functions on our behalf, including: payment processors and financial institutions (for Guaq Platform transactions); identity verification and fraud prevention services; cloud hosting and infrastructure providers; analytics and AI/ML platform providers; email, SMS, and communications platforms; customer support tools; and tax reporting and compliance services. These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us and in accordance with this Policy.

2. Legal Process and Compliance

We may disclose Information: (a) in response to a court order, subpoena, or other legal process; (b) in response to a request by a law enforcement or government agency; (c) to comply with applicable law, including financial reporting and AML/KYC obligations applicable to the Guaq Platform; or (d) where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of EEVET, Inc., our users, or the public.

3. Business Transfers

If EEVET, Inc. or any of its business units undergoes a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar business transition, your Information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such transfer and any material changes to this Policy in accordance with Section VII.

4. With Your Consent

We may share your Information with third parties where you have given your express consent to such sharing.

5. Aggregated and De-Identified Data

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you with third parties for research, analytics, product development, or marketing purposes. Such data is not subject to the restrictions in this Policy.

IV. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve our Services, to remember your preferences, and to serve relevant advertising. The following describes the technologies we use.

1. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We use cookies to: authenticate your account and maintain your session; remember your preferences and settings; analyze how you interact with our Services; and support advertising and retargeting on our Services and third-party sites. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent, though some features of the Services may not function properly without cookies.

2. Web Beacons and Pixel Tags

We and our partners may use web beacons, pixel tags, and similar technologies embedded in pages or emails to track whether content has been accessed or opened, measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and collect general usage statistics.

3. Mobile Identifiers and SDKs

Our mobile applications may use mobile Software Development Kits (SDKs) and mobile advertising identifiers (such as Apple IDFA and Android Advertising ID) to collect usage data and serve targeted advertising. You may reset your mobile advertising identifier or limit ad tracking through your device's privacy settings.

4. Do Not Track

Our Services do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals. You may opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) at www.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) at www.networkadvertising.org.

5. Analytics

We use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics or similar tools) to understand how users interact with our Services. These services may collect information about your use of the Services over time and across different websites. You may opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

V. DATA RETENTION

We retain your Information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The following retention periods generally apply:

VI. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

1. Access and Correction

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct any inaccuracies. To do so, log into your account or contact us at service@eevet.com with the subject line "Privacy – Access/Correction Request." We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.

2. Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal information. We will honor such requests to the extent permitted by law, subject to our obligation to retain certain data for legal, financial, and compliance purposes. Deletion requests for Guaq Platform transaction data may be subject to mandatory retention periods under applicable financial regulations.

3. Opt-Out of Marketing Communications

You may opt out of receiving marketing emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email we send. To opt out of SMS marketing, reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional or service-related communications necessary to the operation of your account.

4. Opt-Out of AI Model Training

You may opt out of having your interaction data with the EEVET AI Booking Agent used to train or improve our AI and machine learning models. To exercise this right, contact us at service@eevet.com with the subject line "Privacy – AI Training Opt-Out." Opting out will not affect the functionality of the EEVET AI Service for your account, but may result in less personalized recommendations over time.

5. Opt-Out of Interest-Based Advertising

You may opt out of interest-based advertising by visiting the DAA opt-out tool at www.aboutads.info or the NAI opt-out tool at www.networkadvertising.org. On mobile devices, you may limit ad tracking through your device's privacy settings.

6. California Residents — Additional Rights

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code §1798.83), including the right to know what personal information we collect and share, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the "sale" of personal information. 7. Nevada Residents

Nevada residents may request that we not sell their personal information. We do not sell personal information. To submit a request, contact us at service@eevet.com with the subject line "Nevada Privacy Request."

VII. DATA SECURITY

We implement physical, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect your Information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls and authentication requirements, regular security assessments, and contractual data security obligations imposed on our service providers.

For the Guaq Platform, we apply enhanced security controls appropriate to the processing of financial and payment data, including compliance with applicable payment card industry standards.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users within seventy-two (72) hours of discovery, to the extent required by applicable law, and will provide information about the nature of the breach and steps you can take to protect yourself.

VIII. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND INTEGRATIONS

Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, and platforms (such as Spotify, Ticketmaster, YouTube, and social media services). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you access through our Services. This Policy applies only to information collected by EEVET, Inc. through our Services.

IX. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

EEVET, Inc. is based in the United States and your Information may be collected, processed, and stored in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your Information will be transferred to and processed in the United States under United States law, which may provide different protections than the laws of your country of residence. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer and processing.

X. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. XI. UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other business reasons. We will notify you of material changes by sending an email to the address associated with your account or by posting a prominent notice on our Services prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
